Our Heel Balm was originally formulated to nourish and repair deep cracks on your heels and feet. However, this balm can provide much more than that. Our customers have also used it for burns, cuts, scrapes, scars, stitches, dry skin, athlete's foot, psoriasis, and more. Heel balm is also our #1 most used balm for customers looking to soothe their eczema. This unscented balm does not contain essential oils, and can be helpful for those with sensitive skin.

NOTE: Since Heel Balm doesn’t have essential oils added to it, you can smell the tallow in some batches (which can have a slight buttery/earthy scent).

Ingredients:

100% Grass-Fed Tallow
Loaded with nutrients such as vitamin A, D, E and K, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids. Our tallow is sourced from pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed cows, with an environment free of pesticides and pharmaceuticals. We only use tallow derived from beef kidney suet, which is the most nutrient dense. Tallow is one of the most nourishing products you can use on your skin.

Certified Organic Avocado Oil:
A great source of vitamin A, C, and E that is nourishing to the skin, our cold pressed avocado oil is USDA Certified Organic. We selected this oil for its anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and moisturizing benefits.

Certified Organic Jojoba Oil:
Jojoba oil is an excellent source of vitamin A, E, omega-6 fatty acids, and antioxidants. Our unrefined and cold pressed jojoba oil is USDA Certified Organic. Jojoba oil is easily absorbed, moisturizing, and soothing for your skin.
How To Use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply directly to your heels 1-2 times daily. For best results, apply before bedtime and sleep with socks overnight to lock in moisture. Use as needed. Store balm at room temperature.

It didn't hurt, but it didn't help

I bought this specifically for my cracked heels and haven't seen any skin healing. I just have cracked heels that are no longer dry but not healed. Maybe I need to give it more than 2weeks?

Good for the Heel

This is a very lubricating balm. It seems to be the most lubricating of all of Tropical Tallow's balms.

Amazing!

I have used the thyroid balm on my feet and it felt great but this beyond amazing!!! It felt like a creamy butter that instantly took away the itching from my feet because they are so dry from my thyroid and we just moved and I can't find my pedicure tools! This came in clutch and literally the moment I put it on my feet, no more itching from the dry, no more pain from the dry and it just feels like I'm walking on the softest material but it's just my feet with the balm hahaha also a little went a long way which was even better!! 🥰 I seriously love this stuff lol. This just made it next to my thyroid balm on my fav balms from tropical tallow 💖

I LOVE all your other products. They smell so good I could almost eat them, however the heel balm, since it’s unscented has a hint of a beef smell to me which I find a bit unpleasant. I will continue to buy your other products but I’ll probably pass on this one bc of the smell.

I love the heel balm! My cancer treatments have caused severe dry skin and I’ve been using the heel balm on my hands and feet and sleeping with cotton gloves and socks. The oncologist couldn’t believe how good my skin and nails looked!
